Doris and Bertha were invited to the Rovers by Flora - who was currently living at 15a Coronation Street with Daniel Osbourne as he was trying to find her suitable accommodation after seeing how horrible her care home was. Flora wasted no time in telling her friends about her concerns over Daniel's love interest Sinead Tinker after hearing that she had played with his feelings in the past. The trio retired to the flat, where Doris and Bertha watched in delight as Flora confronted Sinead.
