Donald Gee (born 28th September 1937 in Stockport, died 14th January 2022 in Kingston upon Thames, London) appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: firstly in June 1974 as Health Inspector Tom Meeker; and he returned to the programme between August 1994 and January 1995 as Mavis Wilton's friend, Roger Crompton.
His other credits included roles in Z Cars, The Forsyte Saga, Doctor Who, The Silver Sword, Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads?, One-Upmanship, Against the Crowd, On the Move, A Roof Over My Head, 1990, Pictures, Good Behaviour, Driving Ambition, Kelly Monteith, Late Starter, Wish Me Luck, Casualty, Trial & Retribution, Doctors and Born and Bred.
On stage, he appeared in productions of War and Peace, Henry V, The Hamlet of Stepney Green, The Hooded Terror, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Hobson's Choice, Dandy Dick, Oliver Twist, Macbeth, The Potting Shed, The Homecoming, London Assurance, The Rear Column, The Fruits of Enlightenment, Amadeus, Harvest and Terra Nova.
