Dean Love played two roles in Coronation Street: the Manager of Weatherfield Garden Centre in June 2014, and the Court Clerk in attendance at both Yasmeen Metcalfe's hearing and subsequent trial for attempted murder heard at Weatherfield Crown Court in June and December 2020 respectively.
He trained at the Arden School of Theatre in Manchester and is part of an actors' co-operative called the North of Watford Actors Agency. The part in Coronation Street was his television debut but he has gone to appear in Meet The Richardson and A Local Desperado and his long list of theatre credits includes roles in The Peer and the Pauper, Samson & Delilah, Slug in the Shoe, Things to Avoid, Up 2 U, Teenage Kicks, Edmund & Co, Studs, The Switchover, Opus Hatch, Jekyll and Hyde, Promised Land, and several pantomime productions.
