Dean Ashton (born 30th October, 1986 in Manchester) was still a pupil at Stockport Grammar School when he started playing the role of Aidan Critchley in Coronation Street between April 2002 and March 2003. His only other known credits have been in minor roles - in the TV movie Dirty War and TV series The Courtroom.
