DC Lomas was a detective who interviewed Johnny Connor after he kidnapped Susie Price. Later, when Eva Price revealed that she would not be pressing charges against Johnny, Lomas explained that it wasn't her choice leading Eva to threaten to defend Johnny in court if it went that far. As a result, the charges against Johnny were dropped.
