Craig Cheetham (born 1970 in Wigan) appeared in Coronation Street in two roles; firstly in February 2016 as the father of Kyle, Simon Barlow's footballing friend; and he returned to the programme between October 2022 and June 2023 as Eric Sandford, father of Aaron.
He has also appeared in Always and Everyone, This Is Personal: The Hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper (in the role of serial killer Peter Sutcliffe), Heartbeat, Fat Friends, Shackleton, Doctors, Hollyoaks, Max & Paddy's Road to Nowhere, Life on Mars, Wire in the Blood, Shameless, Lennon Naked, Moving On, The Royal, Emmerdale, No Offence and Brassic.
Stage roles include Manchester Slingback, Flip the Script, The Storm, Mad For It, Romeo & Juliet, Wise Guys, Runaway, King Lear, Rafts and Dreams and All the Ordinary Angels.
