Conor Ibrahiem (formerly Conor Alexander) has appeared in three roles on Coronation Street:

He began his acting career in amateur dramatics at the Bradford Playhouse in 1990. From then until 1997 he continued on the am-dram circuit, performing in plays such as A Child's Christmas in Wales, Godspell and The Cherry Orchard. He then went on to study Performing Arts at Bradford College between 1997 and 1999, and it was during this period, through an amateur production of Mame, that he received his big break. His television debut was as a waiter in an episode of Emmerdale in 1998. From 1999 to 2008, he appeared in series such as Hollyoaks, Family Affairs, EastEnders, Dalziel and Pascoe, Bad Girls and The Royal Today. In the theatre, he has appeared in productions such as My Dad's Corner Shop, Equus, Life of Pi and Players, at venues including the Oldham Coliseum, the Derby Playhouse and West Yorkshire Playhouse. In 2009 he established the first Islamic theatre company in the North of England; "Arakan Creative" writing and directing their productions.

In and amongst his acting work, Conor was a storyliner on Coronation Street for 35 episodes from November to December 2015.
