The Clerk officiated at the trial of Anna Windass in January 2018 on the charge of wounding Seb Franklin with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm in the previous October.
At the conclusion of the trial she asked the chairwoman of the jury for their verdict which was given as "guilty".
