Christopher Walker (born 9th January 1968) was the production designer of 791 episodes of Coronation Street from May 1993 to October 1999 with thirty-two of them co-credited with Julian Perkins.
After working as an assistant art editor, Christopher joined Granada Television in 1991 as a design assistant, quickly gaining promotion. As well as Coronation Street, he also worked on This Morning, The Krypton Factor, Sports World and September Song. Since 1998 he was designed for At Home with the Braithwaites, Merseybeat, The Royal, Mount Pleasant and Home Office.
He returned to Street duties in 2010 when he was the production designer for the spin-off DVD Coronation Street: A Knight's Tale.
He was also the photographer for the 2008 book Barns of the Yorkshire Dales.
