Chris Jury (born 28th September, 1956) is a prolific actor, writer, producer and director. Aside from directing 4 episodes of Coronation Street in December 2001, his directorial credits include EastEnders and Doctors, both of which he has written for as well. As an actor, he is best known for the long-running role of Eric in Lovejoy, and has also appeared in Johnny Jarvis, Grange Hill, A Very Peculiar Practice, Doctor Who, Heartbeat and Casualty.
