Charlie Brown (born 4th April 1948 in Goldthorpe, South Yorkshire) appeared in two roles in Coronation Street: in January 2003 he played property landlord Eddie Hall and he returned to the programme in October 2005 as DJ Don at the wedding of Les Battersby and Cilla Brown.
A renowned club entertainer, he has also appeared in The Royal, Max & Paddy's Road to Nowhere, Wildfire, Midsomer Murders and Emmerdale, along with the films The Navigators and Crying Out Love in the Center of the World.
