Charlie Franklin is the twin brother of Lexi Franklin and the younger brother of Seb Franklin.
Charlie's older brother Seb is currently in a relationship with Faye Windass. However their relationship took an awful turn when Faye's secret came out that she had a baby girl, who currently lives in Canada with her father, when she was only thirteen years old called Miley. When Miley's father Jackson Hodge returned from Canada for a few weeks, Seb began to feel really jealous of Jackson and how good he was with the baby and got into a fight with him, leaving Jackson with a black eye. As a result of this, Jackson would not let Faye have any contact with their daughter as he thought she could be in danger with Seb around her and later returned to Canada, Taking Miley with him.
In June 2017, Seb ended his relationship with Faye, however Faye wanted to know why he had done this and they met up. Faye was planning to run away with Seb, but Seb didn't have a clue what was going on. When Faye had told Seb her plan, Seb stole some keys to a car. However they got caught and Faye told Seb to make a run for it and she took all the blame. Faye went to the station where she met her Father Tim Metcalfe and step dad Kevin Webster. Then Faye's mother Anna Windass then went to Seb's house to find out why he had left Faye to take all the blame and saw how much Seb loved Charlie and his twin sister Lexi. Also Seb was scared incase his abusive step father did anything to hurt the twins like he did him.
The next day, Anna went to Seb's house and saw that the house was a mess and there was barely any food in, so she invited them round to her house so they could have a proper meal with Kevin, Faye and Kevins son Jack Webster and have a wash.
