Note: This page is strictly limited to people who have spent time in jail for acts they which they were found guilty, without any subsequent change to the verdict, and imprisoned. Thus characters such as Deirdre Barlow, Tracy McDonald, Gail Rodwell and Sally Metcalfe are excluded as are any characters who were issued with a fine for their offence.
