Caroline Mary Woodruff (born July 1957) appeared on Coronation Street in three roles:
- A clinic receptionist in June 1998
- Miss Harper, a trading standards officer who discovered that the whisky being served in the Rovers had been watered down in April 2001
- Ruth, a council officer who granted Peter Barlow planning permission to open a bar in Viaduct Street in January 2010.
She trained with the BBC in London and went on to present music and arts programmes for BBC Radio Leeds, BBC GMR, and BBC Radio Manchester.
Her other credits include roles in Emmerdale, Dangerfield, Cold Feet, A Touch of Frost, Fat Friends, Bloody Cuts and Shameless.
On stage, she has worked with numerous theatre companies including Sheffield Crucible and Oxfordshire Theatre Company.
She has been working as a civil ceremony celebrant in the Stockport area since 2018.
