Caroline Pegg is a British actress, born and raised in Lancashire. She moved to Newcastle to complete a Creative and Performing Arts Degree. There she choreographed, performed and toured. After founding her own dance company, she taught voice work and movement skills to actors and continued to write short stories.
Moving to London, Caroline joined an established dance company and continued to expand her own portfolio of work, writing, performing, choreographing, touring and teaching people from six to sixty.
In Coronation Street she played social worker Hilary Pugsley in May 2010 and returned to the role between January and April 2011.
Her other TV and film credits include roles in The Cops, Heartbeat, The Turn of the Screw, Queer as Folk, Fat Friends, Clocking Off, Buried Treasure, Sirens, The Bill, Heidi, Doctors, Holby City, Hotel Babylon and EastEnders.
