Carol Booth (born 24th February 1941 in Manchester) appeared in Coronation Street in October 1961 as a nurse who treated Minnie Caldwell after a slate fell on her head.
She also appeared in ITV Television Playhouse, No Hiding Place and the short film Soho Striptease before moving to the United States of America where she gained roles in several series including The Beverly Hillbillies, The Big Valley, Ironside, Death Valley Days and The Name of the Game.
On stage, she appeared in a RADA production of The Crucible and Broadway productions of Beekman Place, Alfie! and All in Good Time.
