Carl Forgione (born 3rd May 1944 in Dundee, died 10th September 1998 in London) appeared in Coronation Street intermittently between April 1991 and April 1992 as Gordon Barrett, Jackie Ingram's solicitor.

He also appeared in Dixon of Dock Green, The Protectors, Jesus of Nazareth, The Borgias, The Citadel, Chance in a Million, The New Statesman, Sorry!, Emmerdale Farm, Star Cops, Doctor Who, The House of Eliott, The Day Today, The Bill, Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge and The Moonstone.

On stage, he appeared in The Country Girl, Wings of the Dove, Poor Bitos, The Late Christopher Bean, Travelling Light, Person Unknown, Doctor at Sea, Spider's Web, The Royal Hunt of the Sun, Under Milk Wood and Me Mam Sez. He was also a founding member of the Bare Boards Theatre Company.

Radio roles include It Doesn't Really Matter, A Knight in the Theatre, Eustace and Hilda, The Far Off and The Near, The Detectives, Waggoners' Walk, The Far Off and the Near, The War Behind the Wire, A Bumper Year for Dahlias and Thackeray.
