Burn Gorman (born 1st September 1974 in Hollywood, Los Angeles) has lived in Britain since 1981. On Coronation Street he appeared between October and December 1998 as cultist Ben Andrews.
After leaving the programme he continued to act and gained prominence when he played the role of Guppy in the BBC's adaptation of Bleak House. He played Dr. Owen Harper in two series of Torchwood and Bill Sykes in the West End revival of the musical Oliver!.
