The unnamed and unpleasant Bar maid served in the restaurant of a railway station where Lucille Hewitt and Gordon Clegg found themselves stranded when they were running away to get married in Gretna Green in December 1968. While Gordon went to find out when the next trains were due, Lucille bought some teas. Distracted for a moment, the bar maid prompted her with the sarcastic comment "Do you want something - or are you collecting train numbers?"
