Ann Wrigg (born "Megan Wrigg" on 28th September 1915 in St. Asaph, Wales; died 12th January 2004 in Barnet, London) appeared on Coronation Street between June and December 1980 as Flora Swain, the sister of Emily Bishop's bigamous husband, Arnold Swain.
Her other television credits included roles in The Old Pull 'n Push and its sequel The Return of the Old Pull 'n Push, Z Cars, Crossroads, Hadleigh, To Serve Them All My Days, Angels and Spaztz.
Film roles included Trapped by the Terror, Counterspy, Witness in the Dark, The Painted Smile and The Ghost Goes Gear.
On stage, she appeared in productions of The Laughter of Fools, Michael and Mary, Boyd's Shop, Ambrose Applejohn's Conversion, Too Young to Marry, A House in the Square, Milestones, Emma, The Light of Heart, And The Music Stopped, Duet in Floodlight, In Good King Charles' Golden Days, Jupiter Laughs, Jam To-day, The First Mrs Fraser, Goodness, How Sad!, Spring Tide, She Too Was Young and I Killed the Count for the Little Theatre, Bristol. Other works included Is Your Honeymoon Really Necessary? Loophole and The Two Executioners.
