Alastair Galbraith is a Scottish actor who played two parts in Coronation Street: in March 2007 he appeared as a Forensic Expert at Tracy Barlow’s trial for the murder of Charlie Stubbs and in December 2012 and January 2013 he played Doctor Biffen when Fiz Stape was rushed into hospital with carbon monoxide poisoning, returning to the role in December 2014 after Gary Windass was assaulted by Roy Cropper with a cricket bat.

Alastair trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama and has built up a long list of television credits to his name since 1992 including Silent Witness, The Bill, Rescue Me, A Touch of Frost, Holby, Bleak House and Losing It.
