Alan Ready appeared on Coronation Street in two minor roles: firstly in December 2003 as Graham Wright, a disgruntled customer of Coronation Street Garage, and he returned to the programme in April 2005 as an unnamed Delivery Man who arrived at 3 Coronation Street with a flat-pack coffin which had been ordered by Ray Langton prior to his death.
His other credits include roles in the short film Beating the Dog, Heartbeat and the 2006 movie The Wind That Shakes the Barley.
