Adrian McLoughlin (born March 1947 in West Ham, Essex) appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: firstly between February and March 1992 as undertaker Mr Thorpe, who employed Jack Duckworth as a pallbearer; and he returned to the programme in October 1995 as Mr Bycroft, a witness who gave evidence at the inquest following the death of Samir Rachid.
His other television credits include roles in The Bill, Comrade Dad, Floodtide, Minder, Casualty, Starting Out, Judge John Deed, Last of the Summer Wine, 15 Storeys High, Jam & Jerusalem, New Tricks, After Life, Holby City and EastEnders.
Film roles include Thunderpants, Stud Life, The Death of Stalin, Alice, Through the Looking and Empire of Light.
On stage, he appeared in productions of Measure for Measure, The Snow Queen, Funny Peculiar, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Marquis of Keith, Rocket to the Moon, Prince on a White Bike, Romeo and Juliet, Things We Do for Love, True West, House and Taking Steps.
