8 Victoria Court is an apartment in the Victoria Court complex on Victoria Street. The development was completed in August 2008 and is made up of twenty similar properties comprising a modern open-plan living room and kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom and small balcony area.
Nick Tilsley lived here alone after he and his wife Leanne separated in 2014, however sister Sarah Platt and her daughter Bethany moved in with him in May 2015 after they were kicked out of 8 Coronation Street by David - but moved out separately in 2016. After Nick and Leanne rekindled their relationship in August 2016, she and her stepson Simon Barlow moved in with Nick at the end of the month.
