- 1962 - The regulars boycott the Rovers Return after landlady Annie Walker accuses them of stealing £20 from the till.
- 1968 - Annie Walker contacts the landlord of No.11 to tell him that hippies are squatting there.
- 1975 - Carla Connor is born.
- 1979 - Dave Barnes breaks into No.1, convinced Ken Barlow is having an affair with his wife.
- 1990 - Don Brennan's taxi is stolen.
- 1992 - Liz McDonald's baby daughter Katie dies after she was born prematurely the day before.
- 2003 - Maria Sutherland starts an affair with Toyah Battersby's boyfriend, John Arnley.
- 2005 - Ian Davenport tells Sally Webster he loves her. Violet Wilson agrees to move in with Jason Grimshaw.
