- 1981 - Len and Rita Fairclough take in their first foster child - John Spencer.
- 1983 - Chalkie Whitely leaves the street for Australia.
- 1997 - Ashley Peacock proposes to Maxine Heavey but is turned down.
- 1998 - Curly Watts receives a letter from Raquel asking for a divorce.
- 2003 - Tracy Preston discovers that she is pregnant after her drug-induced night with Roy Cropper.
- 2005 - Sean Tully is taken on as a barman at the Rovers.
- 2012 - Tina McIntyre finds out about the abuse suffered by Tyrone Dobbs at the hands of Kirsty Soames.
- 2015 - Sarah Platt realises her boyfriend Callum Logan is dangerous when he calmly disarms Max Turner of a loaded gun which Max found stashed in Callum's flat. Sarah finishes with Callum, but he secures her silence by showing her video proof that Bethany Platt acted as his drug mule.
