- 1963 - Karl Munro is born.
- 1964 - Minnie Caldwell is taken to hospital after falling down the stairs at the Viaduct Sporting Club.
- 1966 - Ena Sharples is stopped from shoplifting by the staff of the Pick-a-Snip Supermarket.
- 1970 - The newly-widowed Irma Barlow returns from Australia.
- 1981 - Bill Fielding picks up Elsie Tanner on a one-night stand.
- 1983 - Suzie Birchall is beaten up by her estranged husband Terry Goodwin.
- 1988 - Mike Baldwin is banned for driving for twelve months and fined £200 for drink-driving.
- 1990 - Neil Mitchell marries Denise Osbourne. Ken Barlow and Mike Baldwin fight in the Rovers over a car that Ken sold to Curly Watts.
- 1992 - After seven months separation Steph Barnes dumps herself back on husband Des, to the annoyance of girlfriend Raquel Wolstenhulme.
- 1998 - Zoe Tattersall, unstable after the death of Shannon, hits Emily Bishop when she offers her sympathies to her.
- 2003 - Tracy Preston shreds all of Dev Alahan's clothes, accusing him of leading her on into thinking he was going to propose to her.
- 2009 - Colin Grimshaw proposes to Rita Sullivan but the celebrations are cut short when Paula Carp announces to the customers in the Rovers that he got her pregnant when she was a young teenager.
- 2015 - Jenny Bradley slaps Maria Connor across the face during an argument about her son Liam hitting Jack Webster.
- 2018 - Speed Daal, Zeedan Nazir and Imran Habeeb's new restaurant opens for business on Victoria Street.
- 2020 - Shona Platt makes a return after five months away recovering from her coma but fails to recognise anything or anyone in the street.
- 2022 - Max Turner confesses to Amy Barlow that he was the one who spiked her drink, explaining that he intended to spike Daniel Osbourne, and that Daniel already knew the truth. Max is later arrested on suspicion of administering a noxious substance.
