Coronation Street history[]
- 1962 - Len Fairclough is trapped overnight in Gamma Garments' attic after getting his foot trapped in the floorboards whilst repairing them.
- 1973 - The residents have a large pools win but Ray Langton is determined to keep the winnings for himself as Stan Ogden spent the stake money that the others handed over to him.
- 1979 - Bet Lynch and Rita Fairclough have a caravan holiday in Morecambe but happily-married Rita is perturbed when Bet tries to set the two of them up with two men in an adjoining caravan.
- 1999 - At a Freshco's ball, Fred Elliott proposes to Audrey Roberts and Ashley Peacock proposes to Maxine Heavey.
- 2007 - As Carla Connor has refused to buy into a restaurant with Leanne Battersby, she decides to begin her escort work again to raise the cash she needs. Janice Battersby however, convinces Leanne not to do so.
- 2012 - Leanne Barlow and Nick Tilsley get back together.
- 2014 - Nick tells Leanne he wants a divorce. Gary Windass kisses Alya Nazir in a nightclub and goes home with her, but nothing more happens between them.
