24th January - Ed Bailey saves his son Michael from a fire at the yard. Father and son, estranged since just before Christmas, are reunited as a result.
19th February - Sean Tully finds proof that Dylan has been part of a gang bullying Liam. Mason threatens Dylan into not grassing him up for his part.
26th February - Tim Metcalfe tells Steve that Tracy cheated on him with Tommy. Tracy ends her relationship with Steve, feeling that she was unfaithful to him as their marriage has grown stale.
4th March - Fiz Dobbs returns to Weatherfield after ten months secondment working at a factory in Norwich. Adam gets hit by a car trying to save Bethany and Sarah.
22nd March - Finding out that Cassie used to be a prostitute, Evelyn guesses that Tyrone Dobbs's father must have been one of her clients.
8th July - Roy undergoes emergency surgery after his heart stents fail and an attack by some yobs traumatises him. Lauren returns to visit him.
9th July - Lauren reveals to her abuser Joel that she is pregnant with his baby.
2nd August - Joel poisons Lauren and locks her in her flat in order to induce premature labour and cause her death in childbirth. Lauren is rescued by Max Turner and gives birth to a boy.
