25th January - Alya Nazir is stabbed and badly wounded by racist activist Blake Myers at a refuge-supporting event at Speed Daal.
26th January - Max Turner is charged with incitement to attempted murder after Blake Myers' attack.
15th February - Stephen starts to feed Carla Barlow doses of LSD in an attempt to convince her that her psychosis is returning and wrest control of Underworld from her.
17th February - Max is sentenced to ten months in a secure training centre for incitement to terrorism.
10th March - A court refuses a stalking order requested by Daisy against Justin, in part because of Daniel's attack.
17th March - Stephen manages to convince Carla that her psychosis is returning. She leaves for a residential clinic, allowing him to take over the factory.
22nd March - Evelyn Plummer's greyhound Cerberus is put to sleep after suffering kidney failure. Evelyn blames Roy Cropper for his death as the dog had eaten an Eccles cake from the floor of Roy's Rolls and become ill.
27th March - On the day of Daisy and Daniel's wedding, Justin prepares to launch an acid attack on Daisy. However, Ryan Connor takes the brunt when he moves between them. Justin is later arrested following a confrontation with Daisy in the hospital car park.
24th May - Faye leaves Weatherfield after 12 years to live with Jackson and Miley in Slough.
26th May - Paul is given a suspended sentence for stealing Rufus Donahue's car. At Paul's sentencing, Billy Mayhew discovers Paul has been diagnosed with motor neurone disease.
31st May - Justin's trial for the acid attack on Daisy and Ryan begins.
5th June - Justin is found guilty of GBH with intent for the acid attack on Daisy and Ryan. Ryan realises he's been catfished when he receives a text from "Crystal" after discovering that the real Crystal is in a coma after being involved in an accident.
9th June - Sarah confesses her affair with Damon to Adam.
16th June - Amy forces a reluctant confession from Aaron that their drunken one-night was not consensual and therefore a rape, before he leaves the area for good.
26th June - Sarah finds out she's pregnant, but is unsure whether Adam or Damon is the father. She agrees to Adam's proposal to have a DNA test.
28th June - Evelyn visits Cassie, her drug-addict daughter and Tyrone Dobbs's mother, in hospital after she overdoses. Evelyn had told her friends and family that she had died years before in South Africa.
30th June - Evelyn leaves the street for several weeks to help Cassie to go cold turkey and overcome her drug addictions.
17th July - Spider tracks down Toyah where they are both held at gunpoint by Maggie. Spider is shot but reveals that he is wearing a bulletproof vest. He takes Maggie down and arrests her. Afterwards, Toyah breaks up with Spider after he refuses to give up his career for the sake of their relationship.
19th July - Elaine Jones realises that Stephen has been lying to her leading to a violent confrontation between Stephen and Elaine's son Tim Metcalfe which leaves Stephen in hospital with a serious head injury and Tim being arrested for GBH. Spider leaves Weatherfield.
24th July - Billy refuses Paul's request that he help him with assisted dying when his MND condition reaches the stage when he can't look after himself. Instead, Paul proposes to Billy.
26th July - Sarah reads her paternity test letter, shocked to find that Damon is the father.
28th July - Stephen forges the paternity test letter to prevent Adam from finding out he is not the father of Sarah's baby.
31st July - Adam realises the DNA results he received a few days earlier were fake and finds out that Sarah has been lying to him and Damon is the father. He exposes Sarah's lies during a gender reveal party at the Viaduct Bistro.
2nd August - Sarah suffers a miscarriage. Adam asks for a divorce.
16th August - Tyrone Dobbs's biological mother, the presumed dead Cassie Plummer, reveals herself to her son.
28th August - Sarah discovers that Stephen has defrauded Audrey Roberts by way of a forged equity release scheme on her house. She promises to say nothing provided he pays the money back.
30th August - Jenny sells the Rovers Return to Newton & Ridley.
1st September - Newton & Ridley is sold to the LS Waterford corporation.
19th September - Leo's body is discovered, just under a year after it was buried in wasteland by Stephen.
26th September - LS Waterford closes the Rovers and fires the entire staff, including Jenny, ahead of a refurbishment and rebranding.
2nd October - Billy and Paul are married twice - a civil ceremony in the bistro and an illegal ceremony in St. Mary's Church.
9th October - Tim discovers Teddy's body at the canal and alerts the police, but Stephen tries to kill him. Tim initially manages to escape, but Stephen renders him unconscious before putting him inside the boot of his taxi. The police locate Teddy's body.
10th October - Peter Barlow hits and kills Stephen with his car to save Jenny, who is being held hostage by Stephen after his many crimes have been revealed.
16th October - Peter is arrested for Stephen's murder.
10th November - Paul discovers that he has six months to a year to live because of his MND.
17th November - Amy, still suffering from her rape at the hands of Aaron, turns the tables on a man trying to spike her drink in a nightclub who ends up overdosed in hospital as a result.
24th November - Peter confesses to Carla about the mental anguish he's suffering over killing Stephen.
13th December - Stu persuades Dom to travel to Germany alone to be with his family there and leave Eliza for him to bring up. Daniel and Daisy split up when she confesses to her fling with Ryan.
26th December - Peter leaves the street to go sailing.
