- 1921 - Vera Sharples (later Lomax) is born.
- 1937 - Alfred Sharples dies.
- 1962 - Dennis Tanner leaves Weatherfield for London to help theatrical agent Lenny Phillips open a new office. He would not return for thirteen months.
- 1975 - Ena Sharples returns from St. Annes and lodges with Minnie Caldwell at No.5.
- 1979 - The police find Tracy Langton safe and well with Sally Norton and are able to reunite her with Deirdre.
- 1980 - Elsie Tanner throws boyfriend Dan Johnson out of No.11 after she sees him kissing Bet Lynch.
- 1986 - Gary Windass is born.
- 1993 - As Carmel Finnan recovers in hospital after her fall down the stairs, the Platts discover that she was never pregnant in the first place.
- 1999 - Rep Julia Stone is taken out for a meal by Mike Baldwin who is unaware that she is really working with Greg Kelly to set Mike up for a fall.
- 2004 - Karen McDonald interrupts Amy Barlow's christening and fights Tracy Barlow in the church.
- 2007 - Janice Battersby discovers that Leanne is working as an escort.
- 2010 - Kelly Crabtree is sacked from Underworld after letting Nick Tilsley see the accounts. She leaves Weatherfield.
- 2012 - Anne Foster confesses to murdering Frank Foster.
- 2019 - Rana Habeeb dies in the Underworld factory roof collapse.
- 2021 - Alina Pop confesses to Tyrone Dobbs that she's falling for him and kisses him but he rejects her, standing by Fiz Stape.
