18a Victoria Street is a flat located above Prima Doner in Victoria Street. The property is owned by an unknown landlord since Eva Price sold it in December 2017. Carla Connor who, in order to give half-brother Aidan somewhere to live, subsequently rented the property for him, paying the deposit and first month's rent.
Aidan took his own life in the bathroom of the property on 7th May 2018. Following his death, Carla allowed Kirk and Beth Sutherland to move in for free, with their first six months' rent having already been paid in advance, in exchange for information about Alya Nazir, whom Carla wished to oust from Underworld.
