- 1962 - Colin Appleby is killed in a car accident in Leeds.
- 1983 - An Autumn Fayre is held at the Community Centre towards which Annie Walker donates a home-made cake.
- 1988 - Jenny Bradley realises that her father Alan is having an affair behind Rita Fairclough's back.
- 1998 - A drunken Kevin Webster tells Mike Baldwin that Sally Webster and Greg Kelly have set up in business secretly and are poaching his customers.
- 2000 - Linda Baldwin's brother Dean Sykes dies after being shot by Emma Taylor during the Freshco's siege.
- 2005 - Jamie Baldwin discovers that girlfriend Leanne Battersby has been sleeping with his father Danny.
- 2007 - Cilla Battersby-Brown leaves the street for a new life in Las Vegas, abandoning son Chesney in the process.
- 2018 - Gangster Ronan Truman attempts to murder Ali Neeson and Michelle and Ryan Connor but ends up being critically injured himself when his car crashes. Ali effectively murders him while he is injured. Leanne Battersby is also critically injured in the attack and Nick Tilsley returns having been informed by the hospital as her emergency contact.
