12 Victoria Street is a residential property on Victoria Street located next to Jamila House. In April 2017, Gary Windass and Sarah Platt looked into buying the property but ultimately decided against it. Steve McDonald and his wife Tracy decided to buy the property in February 2019 after their fourteen-year-old daughter Amy Barlow became pregnant. They later realised that Claudia Colby was also interested in buying the property and in desperation, they decided to put in a larger amount of money to secure their offer. Steve and Tracy pulled out however, when Amy admitted that she'd had an abortion. Claudia assumed that she was now the new owner, but learned from the estate agent that another buyer had already purchased the property.
